Florals VS. Prints: Does It Have To Be A War?
Does it have to be either or? I recently made a discovery that in the school of print wearing people tend to fall into one of two camps: The Florals versus the Abstract Print wearers. Now while you would think the interest lies between print and not print wearers I find the refusal to wear certain kinds of prints much more perplexing. The worst part of this revelation? I too am completely guilty of isolating myself to one of these camps.

The Blanket Cape: Otherwise known in less formal circles as the poncho, at Burberry the name is most decidedly Blanket Cape and nothing else. When Burberry’s Fall ’14 fashion show ended with models draped in well, Burberry blankets, we knew this was going to be a trend, and boy is it ever. Cat Ears: Wearing Kitschy Trends (Without Looking Ridiculous)
Animal Ears Cap Here, Faux Leather Dolphin Shorts Here, Black Buckle Heeled Boot Here, Printed Blouse Here, Watch (Michael Kors), Fortress Cuff here, Earrings (Forever21) There always is a kitschy trend making its rounds on the fashion scene that only the brave and bold dare wear. One extreme example is the McDonald’s paraphernalia at Moschino that will turn into a wig-wearing Dinosaur theme come Resort 2015.
