Embracing Your 80’s Alter Ego Using Modern Clothing
From the runways of Spring and Fall to the newest Netflix original series GLOW, the ’80’s obsession is alive and well and only getting more popular. Perhaps it is the playfulness or the expressiveness of the clothing that makes it so appealing, or the statement-making aspect that we love so much. An 80’s woman is unapologetic and is fighting for what is hers in life, a theme that seem to be coming full circle in this decade as well. Power shoulders, power suits, powerful women. This year’s suiting game is a bit different though: gone are the boring blacks and ill-fitting shapes. Thanks to Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana and pretty much everyone sporting suiting on the runway these suits are EXCITING, figure flattering and SO much fun to wear! So let’s find a way to get…

London Volume 2: Glitter Boots, Candy-Colored Houses and Portobello Road
It may be a universally acknowledged truth that you can’t visit London without taking a stop on Portobello Road in Notting Hill. Mind you if you are like us and you stop there on the weekend you are likely to find quite a few tourist (we were ourselves tourists so to my point..) but it is absolutely worth the visit. Shops are plentiful and on a sunny day the street is like a candy store for your eyes, the perfect backdrop for a sweet and sassy look from ASOS. More of the neighborhood itself will be covered in the upcoming London trip recap but for now we can all just…
