Crop Tops, The DIY Trend and High Kicks (or not so high as the case may be)
I have such a love/hate relationship with crop tops. They are so cute, feminine and flirty and their newly emerging sassy sister the bra top is equally as compelling. Yet neither of these styles lend themselves easily to being worn anywhere except a music festival or the beach on a weekend.
